Strategy into usable systems

Making complex servicesclear enough to act on.

I turn operational problems into evidence-based workflows, practical concepts, and testable digital products—across healthcare, customer experience, hospitality, tourism, and other complex service environments.

Status is stated plainly. Controlled work stays controlled until it is ready for the right audience.

Selected work

One live product. Two transparent concept cases.

Each case states its real stage. Other work remains intentionally concealed until its local need, differentiation, and safe next step are established.

My Travel Choices

A bilingual destination-decision product for travelers who know their budget, timing, and preferences—but not where to go.

The problem

Travel discovery usually begins with destinations or flight prices, leaving people to compare attractive options without understanding complete-trip fit or trade-offs.

The response

An eight-question flow ranks destinations against budget, season, duration, traveler type, interests, and friction—and explains why each option fits.

My contribution

Product concept, decision logic, bilingual experience, content system, testing direction, governance, and commercial roadmap.

Metric Integrity Workbench

An assurance concept for determining whether a clinical or operational measure is trustworthy enough for a specific decision.

The problem

A dashboard can display a precise number even when its definition, source, calculation, or permitted use is unclear.

The response

A structured review exposes the metric contract, source lineage, calculation tests, validation sample, defects, ownership, certification status, and downstream-use gate.

My contribution

Problem framing, assurance workflow, governance logic, synthetic case library, interactive prototype, and bounded validation design.

Exploratory clinical conceptRetired after local-fit challenge

Transplant Safety Loop

A synthetic exploration of continuity and exception handling around complex transplant follow-up.

The hypothesis

Medication, laboratory, and follow-up context might fail to reach the right person at the right time.

What changed

Local specialist feedback indicated strong performance in the intended adult service, so the original opportunity was not established and the pitch was retired.

What the case demonstrates

Prototype capability, clinical challenge, and willingness to stop when local evidence does not support further investment.

Working method

From difficult question to defensible next move.

The objective is to make the problem, evidence, ownership, workflow, and next decision explicit.

  1. 01

    Frame the real problem

Separate the observable failure from the first attractive solution.

  2. 02

    Test the evidence

Look for support, counterevidence, failure modes, and unknowns.

  3. 03

    Design the workflow

Make ownership, decisions, handoffs, data, and escalation visible.

  4. 04

    Build something testable

Turn the concept into a prototype, package, or controlled demonstration.

  5. 05

    Define the next gate

State what is proven, what is not, and what authority is required next.

About

Frontline understanding. Executive translation.

My background spans more than 25 years across healthcare operations, emergency services, hospitality, and enterprise transformation.

I have worked close to patients, guests, frontline teams, and operational pressure—and with leaders, business owners, and technology teams responsible for changing how services work.

My strongest work sits where strategy becomes operational: requirements, workflows, service journeys, governance, readiness, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
